It's fair to critique a product for not quite being what the campaign claims it is.

It really bothers me when these reviewers can't even say the names correctly. 

"Charmed Ballerina"? 

Tbh her concerns are fair, but she was hyper-critical from the get-go. If you want more pigment, you can layer them up or over eyeshadow. I think she realized that once she added Legend to her lids, but she was dragging the packaging/consistency before she even applied it.

I mean, if she came with a hyper-critical precedent (especially if this is how she usually is), and still fairly enjoyed it and critiqued it in a fair and honest manner, that should mean volumes.

It's a good balance, in my opinion. Also worth noting that this is the most "negative" skewing review that I've heard of so far, and it's still pretty fair.
