Yeah it is p depressing but it ends on a positive(ish) note! "Dreaming ab marzipan" (a sugary desert instead of heroin), "taking all my medicines", "getting on that aeroplane", "feels like I can change". Imo the song is about being stuck in a dark place for a long time and finally getting the courage to move out of it. And then it leads into Change and ends with Get Free- its like a 3 part mini-story about moving forward

I always wondered if she meant to say mirtazapine - an anti-depressant-esque drug. Like, she's tired of the life she's living and wants to ... change (next song)... so she wants to feel better by taking mirtazapine. Or maybe she wants a sugary dessert.

Unpopular opinions:

1. venice bitch is a bore

2. flipside and the other woman should have ditched places. it is an absolutely shame how criminally underrated/unknown flip side is

3. cinnamon girl really isn't that good

3a. why tf is it called cinnamon girl

4. (idk if this is unpopular) but she should do a few nights-tour performing all of her non-performed or rarely performed songs.

4a. or a 6-night residency performing every song from each album, film it, and release it to the world

Honeymoon (Album) is CRIMINALLY underrated

Lust For Life is a very in cohesive album and half the songs should have been scrapped

Lana will never release an Unreleased album because she knows most of her unreleased is better than a big chunk of her discography

And let me add that SWAN SONG is one of the best songs on that album.

Honeymoon peaked with Swan Song, Terrance Loves You, High by The Beach, The Blackest Day, 24, Music To Watch Boys To and the transition from Freak into Art Deco. That album is stunning. Is it slower than her previous stuff, yes, but that's I think the beauty of it.
