JohnnyVersace 9,027
The whole era was incredible. The music, videos, fashion, message, performances, Thanksgiving special, success, marketing. I could go on and on. To me, it was her absolute peak. That being said, she's really feeling empowered and impactful lately, and really pushing the message of kindness and freeing yourself. I wouldn't be surprised if LG6 was truly something incredible. LUCARTPOP 5,924
Stans in here need to learn and understand that an album that sold well doesn't make it the artist's best album. It's totally subjective and can't be based on sales or critical acclaim. ARTPOP gathered a 61 on metacritic from different reviews, even though it's my favorite album. That doesn't mean I'm tasteless or the reviewers are tasteless, it's all subjective. Did Gaga ever top Born This Way? That's for everyone to decide for themselves! ChvVolk 2,340
Born this way was the last time you could tell she was really involved in the production of an album. Every song on that album was so intricately made and in her interviews about it, you could tell how exciting it all was to her. The way she described the bells in Marry the Night, the violins in Bloody Mary, the saxophone in Hair and The Edge of Glory. There was not one part of that album that she wasnt involved in and I miss that. You can piece that record apart and continue to find new instruments you might have not heard on the first few listens. Whew, a masterpiece. One more thing, the organ in Highway Unicorn is everything
