Based off the entire interview though you can see her entire impact on the recording academy. Why would they care so much about “being in the moment” and “what you can do to entertain a 15 to 45 year old viewer?” Because that’s what she did when she came out on the Grammy stage the first time and why this will be her sixth year in a row to perform.
