What I think she should have done is created a nicer looking makeup bag available to buy individually (like Jeffree Star does), instead of that lowcost freebie.

Why all the complaints AGAIN?

Y'all act like her albums have groundbreaking packaging before.  

What is she supposed to do? Like quitting music and literally doing some lab reasearch on new material? Maybe that's what you would expect for a beauty brand called Haus Laboratories.  

EDIT: Personally I hate those exagerrating packagings. I pay for the product not some plastic that ends up in the bin.

Some of you would have preferred Haus products cost three times much just to make extreme lux packaging and exclusivity.   Meanwhile Gaga goes for mass distribution channels and works to keep products more affordable.  Just goes to show how many people care more about the impression than the actual product.

For a product that sells on Amazon, is the packaging really as important as the packaging of a product that sells in stores like Ulta or Sephora? 

Gaga posted a video of the boxing. The unboxing looks opposite. No surprise there. 🙅The cards look cute. Lips!

Compared to Target, this stuff looks high end. I think some people's expectations are too high. But on the other hand, I think we all knew this would be a competitive catty product fodder for internet discussion.

Also, I can't wait for someone to take the products out and let their cat curl up comfortably in the box.  #caturday

It honestly isn't hate. There's no reason for me just to hate something. We all love Gaga here or otherwise we wouldn't be here.  I don't like how the products look at first glance doesn't make me right or it doesn't make me wrong. It's just an opinion. 

No hate whatsoever honesty maybe my opinion will change when i see the products.

i'll support her no matter what, but seeing the fame parfume campaign and promo to this big make up line, i-

im not shaming or anything i love her no matter what and will support the haus no matter what, i just kinda confuse with the artistic direction of this line tbh. the promos, the aesthetic, the logo, the lab (as seen on her live and count down promo, idk like the lab design looks like a start up company on residential site, when in my mind it will be like clean glossy look) but overall its just the begining and lets support her xxgagalo

This is actually a really nice looking package. I don't understand how some people are complaining. It's elegant and simple, which is great for a startup company like this.

Apologies for having an opinion, on a forum, about something valid. I guess you didn’t see the part where I actually said I liked everything I saw but the bag (because It’s excessive plastic, and it is, and it’s valid criticism).

Summed it up so nicely. I have yet to post any of my feelings online about this new venture but all I'm going to say is if you're venturing out into something that is so saturated, I would just expect a lot more from an artist as visually groundbreaking and innovative as her brand.
