KingRedd 3,139
She’s a child, and he’s the dad lol so he can make that rule. Everyone can say what they’d do but at the end of the day... sit down not your child lmao. Make up on kids to me is sorta like kids in bikinis and lingerie. Idk just doesn’t seem age appropriate yet, cringe sorta lmao May I Read You? 😎
dit 46,518
I can see both sides of the argument. On one hand you want your kid to be free and to be artistic because makeup is an art BUT at the same time you don't want your kid to focus on material exterior values and to be fair makeup is all about enhancing beauty just as much as it is about expression so it is a double edged sword. I'd argue that it is best to keep your kids away from makeup for as long as possible so they can focus on just being little kids who play, express themselves artistically in different ways etc..etc..but when they express to you a major urge for makeup let them have it once in a while to play with it for the fun of it not with the intention of looking pretty but with the intention of literally just painting on your face for fun! I'ts complicated being a parent I think...

GlitterAndGrease 594
For once I totally agree with Kanye. Especially since his daughter is half a Kardashian. This way he is protecting her childhood and her sensitive skin
doppelganger 3,947
Young Kids shouldn't wear makeup IMO. And North will have her entire teenage and adult life in the public eye, I can understand Kanye protecting young North from being marketed by the Kardashians. JustinTrudeau 2,419
She's 6, of course her father would say that. I think it's normal, and media just likes to talk about their lives. I fell down the stairs once as an actor.
