Is Bloody Mary Cursed?

Scheiße is considered to be the cursed song in her repertoire. Notably for it "ending" the BTW Ball and Joanne World Tour. However, the other song that was present both cancelled tours was Bloody Mary...which is also the ONLY song that she has ever recycled from a previous album. Shes performing Scheiße at Enigma and everything is going well...thoughts? Did recycling the song from TFM place some kind of curse on it!? :wtfga:

I'm only half serious :ladyhaha:

Bloody Mary was always intended for Born This Way, not TFM. And its my favourite Lady Gaga song  so no it is certainly not cursed :vegas:

The curse theory also goes with the whole creepy vibe of the song ,they said you should never  say bloody Mary to your mirror

Nah it was rumoured to be from TFM, but its just a fan theory cause of the whole dark vibe of the song and TFM. But it was written in 2010 and TFM was out in 2009. So like many rumours, they are just rumours and false

Bloody Mary being a TFM outtake was just a rumor; it was recorded in on April 9, 2010 in Sydney, Australia (TFM was released in 2009).

This is what I've heard  :lolly:

There are very vague rumors that they are two different songs. But honestly, nobody really knows, I think.

That said, it was the first song worked on for the album, I think, so the bleed from TFM to BTW could be evident there.

Nah I dont think it was "bloody" then "mary". The song is about love and decribes it in a way using the theory that if you say bloody marry x3 into a mirror, a ghost will haunt you.

It was written in 2010, a year after TFM dropped

Oh no, I meant that there are rumors of two different "Bloody Mary" songs, and that Bloody Mary was the first song to go into production for BTW (spring of 2010 in Oceania, I think).

But otherwise, I'm pretty sure at least the final one we've heard was more than likely written with the encompassing BTW-theme mindset of religious metaphors.
