I'm not a fan of her for president but honestly this isn't what she said. This is no worse than literally every single other politician offering "prayers" including many running for president but she gets misquoted and singled out. Maybe there's some misogyny behind trying to frame her as a "crazy woman."

I actually find her perspective to be very interesting; like you said I wouldn’t vote for her but she’s actually pretty intelligent but just views life and politics very differently than the average person

She has a history of making dangerous statements to Gay men during the AIDS crisis. She is no ally to LGBTQ people. She has made the aftermath of AIDS more difficult for the many affected by it.
