Backing up this cult site :D

We haven't done a site wide back up of GGD since 2016. It's high time we made sure all the iconic threads in News, Media, and Gaga Thoughts were preserved for all Gaga fans for years to come.

Sadly, the main 2 people who always handled the technical end of those backups are no longer able to do this for us.

which brings me to this important question:

Do ANY of you know anyone who backs up websites?

I'd like to talk to them.

PS: this is a SERIOUS question. We really do need to back up the site. I've also posted on Reddit's Data Hoarder sub so that other experts can chime in.

Well let's see: 

1. I panic

2. No seriously, I don't fully panic, just a little nervous. We've not done once since 2016, and as your Media Moderator I need off-line access to the threads for the work I do. Recently I've started working with someone in the Haus, who agrees I should back up the site in situ if any  thing should go wrong (r.u.s.s.i.a.n. hackers or god forbid the servers die or something gets messed up) This has happened in the past. Rarely, but it has happened.

Those two special people have pretty much fallen offline. I still contact them now and then but they are unable to rebackup at this time.

My girlfriend might sure know abut this. Shes an expert anything related to website she has an account here too. @YourDoll but shes not active.

Maybe contact a computer expert not a fan and hire them....if it's not too expensive...get funding from fans, not all of us are broke.

Some websites lets you download your account's data, so maybe Admin can do it through them?
