That CGI effect on her dog's face to make it smile is nightmare-inducing! She looks like CTTR Katy here, don't know if that's the best direction to go in since that look didn't work out for her anymore than the cropped hair did. I think this style ages her, quite honestly. I think it would've been cool if she'd gone for an Elle Woods look, with long blonde hair and a pink suit, seeing as Elle loved her little dog and was always with him. I think using the retro style has lasted its course with Katy at this point.
