That’s why it’s good to get an average. Of course, we have a long time to go and many primaries to get through. At this time back in 2008, Obama wasn’t doing well at all...then he caught on like lightning in a bottle. You never know how it will end up this early. The front runners rarely stay that way. Everything is unpredictable but it’s still nice to see this poll since so many people (Neo-Liberals) continue to claim that Sanders is unelectable and Biden is. You should go see how MSNBC reacted to this poll, it’s great I wouldn’t try to compare the politics of 2019 to 2008. So many things are different compared to back then. Eh, I don’t know if anyone is “unelectable” after Trump. I saw that Steve guy talking about polls today on MSNBC. He seemed lik3 he always is. True, now that we have the devil in the White Pride House, Dems just want anyone to beat him! It doesn’t really matter who that someone is, tbh. JusKeepBreathin 19,311
Bernie is not going to win when there is absolutely nothing on his site about China except how they have taken our "manufacturing jobs.". He only praises them for what they have done for their people. He will be worse for trade than Trump; he'll get crushed on the debate stage when asked about foreign policy. This is the same damn reason he was weak in 2016. People working in factories making cellphones at $15 an hour. Give me a break. How much do y'all really want to pay for a damn iPhone. We have to lowest unemployment rate (no thanks to 45) we've had in years and manufacturing jobs don't have anything to do with it. People forget just how weak his foreign policies were. They'll remember when he is asked about it in the debates. At least Warren has a plan, for China even if it's a mess and includes currency manipulation. She was my #1 until I kept researching. And really the only problem I have is" More actively managing our currency value to promote exports and domestic manufacturing. One of the most important factors in our trade deficit and our weak export levels is the value of our currency. Other countries have actively managed the value of their currency to boost exports and develop their domestic industries. And foreign investors and central banks have driven up the value of our currency for their own benefit. We should consider a number of tools and work with other countries harmed by currency misalignment to produce a currency value that’s better for our workers and our industries." Is she really talking about currency manipulation? Yikes. But at least it's not the crap the was written on Bernie's page about China which reads like a Trump prally about trade with China. If you think this trade war is bad. Just wait. At this point I am reevaluating everything. Joe is not an option for me but I am reading everyone's policy on everything, not just universal healthcare and free college. Idk the woman’s name but she literally said that she was shocked at Bernie polling so well lol. I will vote for whoever the Dem candidate is but if we want to stop the cycle that helped Trump win in the first place then we need the right Dem. Well it’s a good thing that these races are based on multiple policies not just trade. Worse than Trump with trade? At least Bernie understands how tariffs work . Where does he even talk about China on his website? It’s talking about reforming trade policies, currency cheating and to prevent financial incentives to corporations that outsource their labor. I agree that Bernie’s weak point is foreign policy but even that is better than Trump’s. And it certainly isn’t why he lost in 2016. It would be nice if Bernie released a detailed plan on trade just like how he released big plans on strengthening unions, climate change and criminal justice reform. But it looks like you haven’t read them since you only mentioned universal healthcare and free college, so much for “reading everyone’s policy on everything.”
