If she releases now, she can mostly be done with touring (if she decides to do that) before 2021, and then taking a huge break from music to concentrate on acting and possibly building a family. And that ASIB hype won't last forever, so she really needs to take advantage of it now. If she doesn't release now, then we'll be waiting for an album forever, because her trying to balance acting and music would be a disaster, that'll end up badly.
