Sony is ultimately in charge of how the movie, but Marvel and Disney are the ones doing a lot of lifting. Itās basically a MCU movie but distributed by a different studio.Ā As it stands right now, Sony gets the revenue the movie makes anyway. Marvel doesnāt.
