That was Lil Pump but the difference is Juicy is putting out into the universe that he WANTS to collaborate with her, Pump outright said on Beats One radio that she WAS on his album to get us to pay attention and want to listen to his album. But in the end she wasn’t. 

OT: If he’s alright with working with a massive LGBT+ ally and the song is good sure why not. But I suspect he’s just trying to get a collaboration from a hot right now artist, since it’s obvious if Gaga was featured on any rap song right now she would be assured another #1 on the Hot 100. Especially if it was actually good.

I remember way back then that the story was that Dark Horse used Juicy J's beat (or rather, a beat meant for Juicy J because he was working with him and had a recording contract with Kemosabe), and so Dr. Puke and co., felt obliged to use him for the track. Now wikipedia tells a different story. In any case, Juicy J was actually pretty integral in the track existing in the first place (and the feature probably helped with getting Dark Horse spins on rap/hip-hop radio formats).
