I kept hearing people say on the news that it will hit in about 20 months. So after the election right when Democrats hit office so the Republicans can blame Democrats for the shítty economy. 

That last part I added. But honestly I did hear more than one person say 20 months. Is that true?

True, but everyone knows that the President is always the scapegoat. And most Americans don’t know squat about the economy. I don’t expect people to be smart enough to keep up.
