before commenting this, read the OP carefully. I don't believe they was trying to drag male sexual assault down, they've provided receipts that make this man's accusations... questionable, with all due respect. I can tell you if someone sexually assaulted me, I wouldn't be following fan accounts of them and making throwback posts. It would make no difference, boy or girl, everyone can be innocent and anyone can be guilty. 

Now not that we should judge Katy from a fan point of view, but it sounds so out of character for Katy to do this. Perhaps she was even rude to him but the sexual assault part is a huge accusation. Again, not saying Katy (or any other artist) ISNT capable of doing this, however if Gaga was ever accused of sexually assaulting a man, you guys would question it as well. Its just human.

I already elaborated on my feelings in regard to this situation if you had actually read further instead of jumping on one thing I said. There are reports coming in from people in his own life that are contradicting his story if you took the time to look into it which is why I said this situation seems odd.

Well can you show us these sources you are talking about. I just said that it is very rude to untrue his story when you have no idea what really happened. Very disrespectful. I hope in my heart that this is not true, but you just can't untrue this due to some sources. And I just said that you can't say ''Katy wouldn't do this'', because probably none of us really know Katy. We know the public Katy and there is a private Katy, who can be a lot different than the one we see.

I’m not “untruing” his story, nor am I denying it (which is the word you’re looking for). I am however, questioning his story because it sets a dangerous standard if we automatically label someone as guilty without proper investigation. So no, he should not be believed just because he’s saying he’s a victim but we should definitely take his accusations seriously because they are serious. This could ruin Katy’s life, this might have already ruined his, so proper investigation but automatic belief? Also, his story doesn’t suddenly become untrue because I’m questioning it. His own friends have been posting saying he’s been obsessed with her since the video, you can look at the comments for yourself? You can look up who he follows which are a bunch of Katy fan accounts on Insta? If you’re so dead set on believing him then look more into the situation instead of blindly defending someone & placing guilt on another.

You literally just turned the story around and told how ”he probably didn’t get the joke and how katy would never do this and how he turned the story into a sexual harrasment”. And as I said none of us know what really happened so saying that Katy didn’t do this is not right. She might not have, but right now we have his statement and we should respect it. Questioning the story is a different thing than saying that this couldn’t have happened. And as I said we have no further evidence of the incident so yes, it could have happened.

Gaga is far less likely to physically abuse someone than Katy ngl 😂
