Roughly 500 U.S. dine-in Pizza Hut restaurants are likely to close due to competing delivery and carryout orders, according to Food Business News. Report of the closings comes after an earnings call with David Gibbs, chief operating officer Yum! But, Pizza Hut is right next door to me and if they close that down, I have to drive 20 miles just to get decent Pizza. Dominos is close to me too, but I hate it and Little Caesars + Papa Johns are mediocre. There isn't a Whole Foods close to me, so when I do get the chance to shop there, I always get the Pizza.
