Thank you for sharing this information and video.  I see Amy's points.  We really didn't deserve her talent and she didn't deserve our parodying or media scrutiny of her illnesses.  But as an Amy "stan" I am really disappointed to hear her distaste or potential hatred for Dido of all people (a fellow Brit, no?).  Dido, someone who, albeit somewhat pop, has always stayed under the radar and made wonderful electronic music with nuanced lyrics and production.  Egging her poster and yelling from the car, while very "Amy," was not necessary.

Won't change my love for Ms. Winehouse, though...

Omg I remember this!

And this also sparked another memory! She held a competition on littlemonsters.com for people to design clothing that she would have made, and then nothing came of it. I remember her saying that it's not about the quality of your drawings just your idea and that anyone can design fashion with a good idea and she wanted to make it a reality. She had some really big ideas back then, it's a shame they often fell through. It makes me think that maybe she wasn't as creatively free back then and she claimed to be.
