For real?  It's very similar, but I still don't think it's enough for Katy (well, probably her producers more likely are responsible) to be found guilty of infringement. There are only so many arrangements a musician can do and for particular genres you end up with a lot of very similar sounding songs since they try and stay in the same framework (So many reggaeton songs have this issue imo). I was expecting something like the Beach Boys/Chuck Berry situation, where it was beyond obvious the Beach Boys ripped off Chuck, and I just don't see it in this case.
