She is selling a 22 days plan to lose weight, and what she sells to achieve that is the food plan (and the sport she does) but diets need to be personalized to every person because it is dangerous for people who don't have her resources to start eating like that without control on their bodies, previous analysis, etc.

That's exactly What you on the website. They provide you with vegan based options, you tell them what you foods you want o avoid and they work with you. "They offer a customizable meal planner that makes healthy eating easy, as well as a line of USDA Organic, Non-GMO, plant-based (vegan), delicious products." Literally the first thing on their website says it's personalized meal plan to help meet YOUR goals. They aren't trying to stick you on Beyonce's exact meal plan. If it doesn't workout for you, you can quit it.

Plus, it is a scam, because you can eat like that for 22 days, lose some weight and then gain it x2 once you stop.

This happens with EVERY DIET. Not just this one. I've been on tons, and it doesn't matter which diet plan you go on, you will always gain the weight back if you don't make lifestyle changes. They aren't trying to sell you some magic plan that will make you keep off weight for the rest of your life. They're giving you the tools, it's up to you if you want to use them for the rest of your life or fall back into bad habits. "Getting started and knowing what to eat is often the hardest part. The 22 Days Nutrition Meal Planner is designed to guide you by suggesting and providing simple & delicious custom recipes to help you achieve your goals.

And with all of this we are not even taking into account the problem that is that someone on her level is trying to tell you that you need to be a certain weight. Because that would be another 5 paragraphs.

Beyonce has talked about health and promoted healthy eating MULTIPLE times throughout her career. She's promoted these vegan diets multiple times and even teamed up with Michelle Obama at one point to help promote healthy eating with kids and fight childhood obesity. This isn't her saying you need to be a "certain weight" but her promoting a healthy lifestyle as always.

1. When you are on a diet and you go to a professional doctor and a clinic they make you exams, analysis, etc. It's not like: ok what do you like to eat? Are you vegan or you only want organic food?  Vegetarian?

It's like: ok you have this level of sugar, you should avoid this this and this, but still eat this because it is good and you need a certain amount of sugar to have energy. Your level of cholesterol is fine, so you should keep this on your diet so that your body doesn't suffer because you need to increase your level of this vitamin. Your cholesterol is too high so we are going to avoid this and compensate with this other.

THAT'S a plan, And it takes months to achieve the goal of the weight you need. and (2) once you have achieved your weight, you need to stabilize what you eat, because you are eatting less sugar than you are supposed to so you can achieve the right level, then you have to (slowly) increase the amount of sugar you eat, because otherwise you will keep lowering your levels and that's dangerous, until you arrive to the point in which you eat the amount of sugar that keeps you on the right level without increasing it, and that VARIATES ON EVERY PERSON. And that takes months too. And that's what a real doctor helps you do, because a real and good doctor doesn't give you a diet and sends you home. A real doctor visits you every 2-3 weeks during 1 year at least and keeps visiting you after you have achivied your goal weight. And that's not something you get by buying food ON A WEBSITE. You get that with a DOCTOR that has STUDIES on NUTRITION. Something beyonce had before buying their food. BUT THAT'S NOT WHAT THEY ARE SELLING NOW. They are selling: enter this, tell me what you wanna eat and I'll send it to you for 14$. BEYONCE IS ON A VIDEO SAYING: LOOK WE ARE ON DAY 20 AND NOW I FIT ON THIS DRESS!! AMAZING!!!!!!!111!!!1!¡¡¡!! MAGIC!!!!!

3. I already said this is not a: "tips to eat healthy" or "tips to a healthy lifestyle" book in which you can read about food properties, which food is bad for your body, or tips on buying unprocessed food, and how to combine it with physical activity. This is about: eat like this for 22 days and lose all this weight. (And the subtle: "get Beyonce's body" which is just...)

I applaud her when she has done things to promote a healthier lifestyle (and yeah, I am aware, I am 26 years old so I know what Beyonce has done in her career). But she isn't doing that here. She is not on doing a speech or a program with TV commercials to promote vegetables on young people. She is selling a product, she is selling a totally irresponsible diet for people to lose weight. And that's it.
