The people would obviously rather buy an article with Taylor's view.) From an establishment perspective, it only makes sense to take Scooter's side-- The industry has been treating artists' legal rights to their music in this same manner for decades. Taylor wants to change the narrative, but they see no reason to support her and make their primary moneymaking schemes suddenly viewed as immoral. It would be exciting to see Taylor run several counter-interviews in other, even bigger publications.
