Imagine living in 2019 when Trump is president and STILL deflecting and making false equivalencies by bringing up Hillary as if people are still supporting her for president :ladyhaha:

Bitch she lost, who's the one who's President?? And who's the one making racist remarks??

Why don't you learn how to stay on topic and discuss the actual matter at hand.

And the ACTUAL matter at hand is that Trump uses Klan language and white supremacy to rile up his supporters.

I’m sure that his racist rhetoric will only increase his Republican approval rating. The party of “good morals”. Hilarious :sharon:

The same applies to the other half of the country that voted for someone like Hilary. They dont know what America stands for and what democracy is. They also supported her rhetoric and crimes while being aware of it. They made excuses for supporting her by naming her the "better of two evils". Atleast Trump supporters dont lie and make excuses for who they voted for. 99% of the country voted for the same thing but different parties, the last people to make fun of Trump supporters are Hilary supporters.

Hillary is Off-topic, against forum rules.

The topic is Donald J Trump using Klu Klux Klan slogan at a Republican presidential campaign rally.

The Klu Klux Klan historically has hung black people by the neck until dead. The KKK wears white robes to conceal their identities while intimidating entire neighborhoods by burning crosses on the front lawns of their targets. The KKK practices hatred and intimidation because they have delusions they are Superior to other people.

I think Trump is our Hitler, buuuuuut this is a bit of a strech.

"Love it or leave it" is not necessarily a KKK slogan. It's nothing like "White is Right" or any other horrible, racist-exclusive language... This article is a bit irresponsible with how it presents this like it's some known KKK slogan, when in fact, it's a very common saying (at least in the part of the country I'm from!)

I seem to recall "Love it or leave it" becoming a very popular bumper sticker during the Bush years---circa when the Dixie Chicks caused all that controversy by complaining about Bush during a live show...

I think part of the problem that the Left has--part of the challenge we face if we want to unify and topple Trump--is that we are all too happy to participate in a hype economy of supposed-but-not-really attention and political awareness. We're happy to click share and broadcast to all our friends&fam a story like this, which may very well read to some people like "That thing your family said forever and that you said in the 2000s and that used to be patriotic IS ACTUALLY WRONG AND RACIST!" Without any nuance to the article, this type of person will not try to be nuanced in how they read this piece of news or ANYTHING about Trump's very real racism. They can just keep rolling their eyes when they here more stuff about "whatever it is they're complaining about" (even locked up children), because they remember how silly and off-base that one article or argument or whatever was...

Idk. Just thoughts as I sit here, trying to figure out how to get the Left to stop eating its tail. :madge:
