Babel 41,305
yaaas! yasss! u guise!!! POSSIBILITIES! btw, TEOG sounds more like a trance to me than pop THIS. The instrumental really sounds like trance, except for that powerful entrace that the chorus made, and the chorus itself. That's the rockballad part of the song. OMG you remind me why I love TEOG so much. And I'M HERE FOR THIS TYPE OF MUSIC! :excited2:
misanthrope 15
hopefully she will shut her mouth about it from now on. i'm not here for another over-hyped single. let the song speak for itself. Yeah but honestly when she says just about anything its perceived as pretension/overhyping. If she says "The single is amazing, it sounds like blah blah, be prepared" people immediately react with shut the **** up gaga lol If the single is legit than it will be legit. Born This Way (the song) just wasn't that legit and that was the real problem. You finally have an avi! And it's Jim Morrison too! Love it. Thanks! Darcklighter22 2,346
What if the new tour is called... "The ARTPOP Rave" well "The ARTPOP Ball Tour" is queen of all tacky names so ARTPOP rave isn't that bad lol
misanthrope 15
"Born This Way has a lot of rock and roll and heavy metal influence". Just sayin' It did though. It had hints of cheesy 80s heavy metal bands and rock fused with like europop and techno.

Tera 2
It did have rock and metal influences. In like, 3 songs wut She said rock and metal influences, right? So that doesn't mean all the songs and pure rock and metal, it means there are elements in the song that sound like rock and metal. A lot of Gaga's songs are rock songs pretending to be dance songs. misanthrope 15
It did have rock and metal influences. In like, 3 songs I'd say about more than half the record was from the influence of cheesy 80s hair metal and rock, then the rest of the record had an 80s industrial influence (Government Hooker, Judas). All of its fused to make a commercial dance/pop record of course.

The way Gaga said, it sounded like BTW would be much more rock influenced album but it looks way more 80s dancey as everything she has done before If you see me posting like crazy, I'm either bored or procrastinating. Haku 2
do you think she's refering to rave=orgy or rave=delirium? I would prefer that the album sounds like a delirium more than an orgy
