RedHotAndBlue 12 Posted February 12, 2015 Share Posted February 12, 2015 I feel like this album was meant to be played from start to finish as it really ties all the tracks in together, it feels so organic. It's really a return to form for Marina, and it makes the fact that Electra Heart was supposed to be a side project a lot clearer. The throwbacks to songs like Bad Kidz are nice, and I really like Marina's songwriting, a lot of the songs are aesthetically pleasing for me. It's a shame it had to leak so early, as she's put so much work into the album and it's obvious this will mess up her plans. It had to be expected though, the security on the album was next to nothing right from the start. Let's just hope when she's a bigger artist she'll be looked after better by her label.
