She said she wrote it about two years ago with the rest of the album, and she told me that the rest of the show explains its placement among the set list. She did say, though, that she doesn't "release" anything anymore. She just puts things out on the Internet. She might have thought that by "release," I was referring to a possible release as a single. That wasn't specified, but based on what she said, the song simply exists for the tour.
