I think it makes a lot more sense that this is a Katy single, since she's doing stand alone singles right now. As for Katy's shooting, maybe we only saw the parts where she is alone and the parts with Taylor will be done in studio, or they'll shoot their sceenes independently (tho it would be super underwhelming).
