I think most people as of now know Trump is most likely to be re-elected. There will be no gut wrenching disappointment. Why? Just look at these Democratic candidates.

And wow is that so? I guess all the candidates are helping Trump then by criticizing each other. Kamala Harris must be on the Trump payroll I guess. Imagine Democrats coming after each other in a primary. Who would have thought?

Hardcore Trump followers won’t vote for a Democrat. Right now they are trying to win over primary voters. When the nominee is chosen you will see the tone change significantly. Most voters who don’t follow this stuff as closely and some of the people here have short a memory span. They won’t remember many of the attacks from a year ago.

If a candidate can’t handle this then they might as well drop out now. It’s nothing compared to what Republicans have prepared for them.

You forget that this was supossed to happen last time around and yet Trump won. So watch it happen again if Biden or Pete win. Kamala is in the middle for the moment.

Hillary Clinton was a scandal animal. She had years and years of dirt. She wasn’t a good candidate in that sense.

Republicans were OBSESSED and continue to be obsessed with her so I think that was a whole other case. None of the candidates now have as much dirt on them I’d say.

Well, if thats  your mentality, you must trust a lot of fox news. They offer dirt, why dont u just eat it? Warren Pocahontas story should scandalize everyone who is scandalized by the Pete story.

No I don’t but generally speaking the reporting arm of Fox News can be accurate, it’s their opinion pieces that are garbage. Just to humor you I googled “Fox News Pocahontas story” and they found that Warren had Native American ancestry and that Trump could no longer use that as a line of attack against her. Your example just fell apart :ladyhaha:

I think people here are in for a LOT of gut wrenching disappointment come election day. Several people here seem to think that pushing their fav while shitting on the other contenders is a brilliant strategy to win a general election. It isn't. It's bizarre that you forget you aren't the only ones watching the debates or researching this stuff. The facts are this:

Shitting on Pete or whoever else you don't want to win doesn't help your candidate; it only helps Trump. That's the bottom line. The naivety is astonishing. How about this for a strategy; promote your candidate of choice and express WHY you think they should be the nominee. At the end of the day, you want Trump out of government right? From what I can see here, these tactics do nothing but lead him directly to a second term. :madge:

Please do not come crying when the more.....wise of us , told you what would happen if you continue down this path:trollga:

Oh the irony LMAO

What part of anything you said exhibits critical thinking? Saying things like “Criticizing other candidates helps Trump win” is complete garbage as if Republicans wouldn’t be able to do the same thing. But go off :ladyhaha:

Wow. The truth is really zero for you isnt it? :what: She had to even apologize for that test and the republicans make fun of her for having zero percent native american ancestry. Just like this zero percent of Pete. Why you only care about one of the zero %?

Having to google about the Pocahontas story shows how uninformed are you. Now I understand your superficial points of views. Probably you know more about the candidates you hate than about the ones you support.I forget we are on Gagadaily.  :ladyhaha:

You do you boo. You literally are the epitome of blinkered, myopic  thinking and are the single least self aware person on this website, so props to you for that. Maybe you get a cookie ?  You honestly haven't got a clue what you're talking about. But whatever, I could give less of a **** tbh as it really  doesn't affect me lol. WHoever they are, they won't be MY president :whitney:. I can imagine you nominee reveal day, open mouthed, catching flies..."but but Bernie?" Oh well. You will learn the hard way. Or maybe not. :huntyga:

If the dems can make a big deal out of nothing, republicans can do it 10x times better.

They will for sure. My point was that it is ugly for what dems attack each other. Biden and Pete are almost called racists by some progressive people. They sure imply that.

I saw some progressive sites upset at Pete that he worked for a corporation. :ladyhaha:  It has gone dirty so early.

None of that changes the fact that she has some kind of Native American ancestry, facts are facts. And Republicans are making fun of her for it so what? Trump said that he would bet $1 million dollars Warren had no ancestry whatsoever but changed his tune once the results were out.

Facts don’t change even if you don’t like the source that it came from. Funny how you previously claimed that other candidates aren’t being criticized for their actions and then call me uniformed :sharon:

You know you’ve lost the argument when you have to go into insults instead of discussing the facts :ladyhaha:

Imagine trying to shut down political discourse of presidential candidates, not confront their bias and then try to tell the other person that they lack self-awareness. The jokes write themselves :applause:

You can't just say 'Statistics says otherwise' and not put a link to a study that says so. The white population is in greater numbers so ofc their are more white homophones than black. I'm sure if you look at the ratios instead, the black community is more homophobic.

The Public Religion Research Institute (PRRI), found that African Americans overwhelmingly support policies that promote greater equality for LGBT people. In fact, more than any other racial group, African Americans believe that businesses and the government should not be allowed to refuse services to LGBT people based on religious beliefs.

Even Black Protestants overwhelmingly supported LGBT equality. They favored nondiscrimination laws 64–31, and on the question of religious refusals, black respondents actually opposed exemptions at higher rates than any other racial group, including white respondents.

Dr. Robert Jones, CEO of PRRI, told ThinkProgress that even on the question of marriage equality:

“The thing that African Americans and evangelicals have in common is a very strong connection to religion and particularly religion that has a fairly literal view of the Bible. They have high levels of religious attendance and fairly traditional religious beliefs, and I think that leads to some ambivalence on the issue of marriage equality.”

But on nondiscrimination, there’s a real “parting of the ways,” he said, “where an experience as a racial minority is informing and influencing their views on these issues that it just doesn’t among white evangelicals.”

Isaiah Wilson, external affairs manager of the National Black Justice Coalition, agreed. Calling the survey “refreshing,” Wilson told ThinkProgress that he was “not at all surprised” by black respondents’ support for LGBT protections.

“Black communities are broad, diverse and share a deep understanding of inequality gained from a common history and experience. We collectively know how it feels to be systemically oppressed and rejected by the state and that is not morally right for any group,” he said.

He conceded that there is still more work to be done on the divisiveness over marriage, but noted that “the majority support of young black respondents is the silver lining and shows that as we continue to move forward support will grow.”

I ve said something else, but I guess its the same for you saying  that progressives *news* are biased against some candidates to no one is criticising Warren and Bernie.  Do I need to tell you the difference between fox news and progressives news sources? I wont.  :triggered:

The discussion about Warren is useless. I ve said that Warren is the best candidate. I was just pointing out that if you are scandalized by some failures of Pete, you should also be scandalized by the Pocahontas story and outside of progressive sites, people are.

For me, it doesnt matter in either cases because I see the good intentions of both of them, no matter if they made mistakes. Everyone does.  For you, like I ve already said, two 0% s are measured different  because you simply hate a candidate and like to kiss the behind of the other one. And I will let you do that, cause u are enjoying Bernie behind too much. :bye:
