I actually don’t agree. I’m a firm believer that we must do something to stop global warming. Its one of my biggest cons for Trump. I took many Environmental science classes and its a shame he doesn’t think we must do something. I do think people do get a little extreme when it comes to the topic. The earth will continue to survive through most events just us Humans may not 

Which we’ve been destroying the planet since our inception so probably wouldnt be the worst thing for the universe haha

So you realize if we don't act in ~11 years to radically change the way we consume resources and output emissions, it is going to displace, kill, and directly harm millions of lives right?  

The only people with any sort of plan for this atm are Democrats. The vast majority of Republicans with power refuse to take climate change seriously, and instead of coming up with their own plans to change things, they mock honest, earnest, ambitious efforts like the Green New Deal as being childish and comical for "trying to reduce cow farts and take away people's burgers"

With the science and data being clear on this, explain your conservative rationale for me if you would. Are we putting the interests of corporations over the livelihood of literally everyone else on the planet and saying temporary financial gain is more important than the continued prosperity and life of humans on Earth?  What of the REAL immigration crisis the U.S. may face when people start to be displaced from their homes? the list of reasons to support democrats who will try to combat climate change is endless.

@shoful wasn't saying that we shouldn't act against global warming. But that even when humans are gone earth will be here. Same as when the dinosaurs died out the earth survived and new life formed. Earth is not going anywhere but we might. Just like most signs indicate that Mars may have been a more prosperous planet with human life. 

It has nothing to do with conservative views, it's science.

Wtf am I reading? The topic about climate change deals with preventing and adapting to the changes so our society can survive.
