Compare it just with Ariana grande and her 4 octaves. But the most important "the technique " is just bad, a lot of cracks, unsupported belts, almost non-existing vibrato and well, her singing style consists in just screaming. 2 - Adele, she's is a good singer, but she stills in the average. Her vocal range is even lower than Sia's (2 octaves) but when we talk about technique Adele is definitely better than her but it's not enough. So no, I don't agree with it at all.
