Considering the fact that the administration costs drop dramatically because the insurance system is no longer a rubix cube does in fact mean that it’s better. While correct, it means job displacement, but that’s also why there is a 4 year transitional period and why Bernie advocates for free college tuition and a federal jobs program through investing in infrastructure. And either way, If government can afford spending tax dollars on imperialist interventions in Latin America and across the globe and to give tax breaks to the rich (which is called a subsidy), then the government can afford to provide healthcare to the people of this country. Full stop.

changing where to gov. expends its resources is pretty much cannon fodder for elections...

rarely do we get what was proposed and the … ahem .. cost increases afterward …

I agree the current healthcare system in the U.S. needs revision …

even the care system to allow the needy not just the rich access..

But purely gov. run .. only works for small scale controlled economic systems...

A single payer system will save us trillions of dollars, improve the quality of healthcare for the average person, keep people from being bankrupted from medical accidents and emergencies, remove a huge financial burden from small businesses... I mean the list goes on and on. If every other first world country can have a version of Medicare for All then there is no reason why America can’t do the same.

Don't forget longer life spams.

And lower gas prices

And o comute time since there will be no traffic

And the green environment means food is free since it grows in one day

And all for just one dollar...

You can stick with your fallacies, I’ll stick with reality. If you knew anything about Single Payer you would realize that everything I stated is correct. But please go on :applause:

Overturn citizens united. Make the people think there’s a reason to participate in our democracy again. Also, considering there are politicians and people who believe these things as a matter of principle, it’s insulting to call it fodder because you’re too narrow minded to see things from a different perspective.

Costs increase due due to the fact we live in an oligarchic society not because of progressive policies costing money. Furthermore, I don’t think you understand that the total economic benefit of enabling 300+ million Americans to have more spending power & how it continues to circulate through the economy. It does a hell of a lot more to benefit the economy than providing huge bonuses to CEOs who accumulate gross amounts of wealth for facilitating stock buy-back programs and huge corporate mergers. Because the wealth doesn’t go anywhere, does not get spent and the velocity of the remaining cash for the remaining 99% of people isn’t enough to maintain a robust economy.

Your last statement did not ring true. When you follow a logical principle through, the scope does not determine its validity. In other words, so long as the other variables remain constant, the value of X is irrelevant.

No it's just Trump campaigning here and there.

Trump can just sit back and tweet...the far left will do the rest for him.

In fact Trump should hire them...😉

Trump is the republican candidate.

The republican job right now is to try and keep him in office.
