Multiple things have been pointing to possible recession for some time - Inverted Yield Curve - Lower Manufacturing ISM - Peaking Auto sales and orders of other durable goods - peaking housing activity - reduced hiring intentions - struggling commodity prices (like oil) despite geopolitical risks that usually raise it All these things point to a recession or at the very least economic slowdown Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

No country in the world in history has or ever will be able to do that. So don't insult their intelligence cause it takes a lot of that to do what they did.
