I've had the account since 2000 effing 9, Lady Gaga has followed me since 2011, Freddie and DJ White Shadow follow me, Interscope follows me. But then I went to tweet the other day, not knowing anything is wrong because my timeline is still visible, I can see tweets, etc but then I click to send tweet and I get "action can not be performed, account is suspended." message. Well obviously I contact twitter and after about a day I get an email saying my account has been suspended because of "Impersonation" and will not be restored. WTF? IMPERSONATING WHO??? Impersonating Lady Gaga? Since 2009 I've had something Lady Gaga related in my handle and in my onscreen name as well, most of time I have the avatar set to Lady Gaga, occasionally I had it set to a picture of myself. What the hell is this? I'm sorry to say you'll need to make a new account, unless you can convince them to give you access again. Otherwise, set your new account so it specifically says it's a fanpage.
