I think her performance of it at the Superbowl was so obviously superior because it was softer and more emotional, but then that was only because she was exhausted It must obviously be an intentional choice but eh. Kills the song Fixed it I agree, but I really find that in most of her performances throughout the years. I think it started after ARTPOP and during Cheek to Cheek, when she changed the focus to her voice and this need to showcase her vocal abilities. In my opinion, she just lost the balance there. But that's probably a personal opinion, I'd rather have a weak voice in an emotional song, a powerhouse voice don't mean a thing () to me. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
