Her sound is getting so repetitive now... I mean you can definite tell it's Taylor Swift from the first line of lyric. it's boring imo.

But I guess it appeals to her teengage girls fans and their moms in America.

Nonsingles in TS6 like Getaway Car, TIWWCHNT and IDSB are miles better than the singles from TS7. At least it's more catchy than Me!

Spoiler

What happened to the girl that wrote State of Grace, All Too Well, Begin Again, This Love, Dear John, Haunted....

Uhm. What? YNTCD sounds VERY different from ME!. Is she making a cohesive album as always? Yes. One thing I can say about Taylor though is that she never makes the same song sonically. Are 90% of her songs just a remake of the same song lyrically? That's another story. But I like that this album is very different in that regard. An LGBTQ+ anthem and a self-love anthem. I can appreciate it. No break-up songs so far.Though sonically it isn't showing to be as promising as reputation or Red .

To me it doesn't...very bubble gum pop and it's kinda getting annoying honestly...

You're comparing non-singles to singles (besides Begin Again, although it wasn't that big of a single) - in which Taylor has shown multiple times in the past, where the singles are mainly cheesy/corny pop songs and the album tracks is where you could expect Taylor's true songwriting to shine. Hold off on that judgement until August 23rd.

is this  the musical equivalent of the brands that dont give a **** about LGBT ppl the rest of the year releasing a pride limited edition bottle of shampoo?

we get it you're a hater.

She has supported the LGBTQ community several times since 2011.

this is Taylor's petition to support the LGBTQ community:

it has 150K signs, even a presidential candidate from the US thanked her for defending and supporting our community.

This is her music video for her single Mean:

Welcome To New York is inspired by the LGBTQ community, she wrote it when same-sex marriage become legal in NYC.

She also donated $113,000 to the Tennessee LGBTQ Advocacy Group this year.

She's done more for our community than you. :ladyhaha:

Mr Judas

I just- :ladyhaha:

I'm sorry my expectations were sky high before she dropped ME!. After which I expected a decent single. But this is just- :ladyhaha: I'm not dragging TS. I'm just a casual fan and just watching her lyricality detoriate so quickly is really a bummer.

I don't think this album will do as well as reputation/1989. More on the lines of red.  Which is still great!

I actually liked ME! quite a lot but this one is not doing it for me. Sounds repetitive and similar to something else but can't put my finger on it :oprah:

I hate  when artists think their being clever by using stan twitter lingo in actual songs. :messga: It's so cringy.

That mess needs to stay on the forums and twitter. :messga:

... “Touch me touch me please retweet”

It’s still Twitter lingo whether you like it or not :reductive:
