Bonkers

Honestly, that's just how white people talked.  Now that everybody is woke, it looks terrible, but it was very common the way he was acting.  Even watching a show like Friends you can see how quickly things change, or how clueless people were.

EDIT:  I thought these were OLD clips, lol.

I won’t be voting for him in the primary.

But I’m also not going to pretend that video of typical, awkward, antiquated, old people banter is disqualifying or out of the norm.

I don't like that people normalize this. These comments that that's just how men used to talk... I have never in my life heard anyone, fictional character or real life person, make the comment "Hope you got a big fence around the house" because a girl or woman is attractive. "Aren't you beautiful" is way less creepy and more normal than this crap.

My name isn't Timmers

I didn't see anything offensive about his comments either...he was intimating that the girls were pretty....

As far as is political position, I don't see any relevance either...

Had he said "Aren't you beautiful" ,  a mess of people would have call him pervert...

its more of a personal dislike for him as a politician than anything he's doing...

Well how old are you?  I'm telling you, it was so common it was accepted as normal.  The "joke" was, "oh boy, you're so beautiful your parents are going to have to do big things to keep all the boys away from you!"

Those clips are like 30+ years old, right?

EDITED:  OMG, those are from 2017/2015ish.  I take back my defence, yikes, how can he still be so clueless?

Its pretty obvious that these criticisms come from Warren or Sanders supporters … or even *gasp* a publican....:noparty:

If he was just handsy with young women, I would understand why his behavior could be construed as predatory, but he is like this with everyone. He is a physically affectionate man, in my opinion, due to the amount of extreme loss he has faced in her personal life, having to prematurely bury his wife and two children.

I'm not making excuses for him. I don't like him. I don't want him to be President. I just think when you consider his behavior with both men and women, his personal history, and the advocacy work he has done aimed at ending sexual assault on college campuses, the predator narrative is misguided.

Imagine all the things you could be mad about, and this is what you focus on.

I mean honestly, this is the most minuscule problematic thing that you could point out about an old man saying. If you have never met people like this, then you are living in a bubble.

I don't think he meant anything bad with the comments.  I don't think age is an issue when becoming president, but I think those remarks made him feel like an antique and not relatable to a younger voter.

Thank you, and after putting mr "grab em by the ***" on the chair, this is just lame.

Hes far from perfect, but if it comes down to it, he is 9000 billion light years better than trump

I mean, it’s uncomfortable but that’s how a lot of older men talk. It’s not meant to inappropriate, it’s supposed to be more of a compliment. Annoying that Democrats attacking each other and ruining each other’s campaigns will end up keeping trump in the White House. The same thing that got him in there in the first place.
