Sometimes American consumers buy furniture because it's says made in Italy, but the truth is it's components are from China and then assembled in Italy with Italian design aesthetics. The bed sells for $3000. Which is still expensive but if your were to buy a bed that was actually all made in Italy it would be $6000 or more. A large percentage of private owned companies in China *especially huwaei* also happen to hold high ranking *official state office* positions..
