Kinda like Anouk did for the Netherlands. The problem is after Loic they decided to go for the same kind of entry (except with Laura Tesoro). They don't take into account however that a performer of young age doesn't have the required stage presence and Loic was an exception. That guy is super talented. Belgium has been doing what Cyprus did this year for the past 2-3 years. The difference is that they somehow get a pass for some reason. So i'm glad we've been missing the final 2 years in a row.
