No, it's something called "filler tracks" of which Melodrama by Lorde, Pop 2 and Honey by Robyn (to list a few), have none. ARTPOP is full of them and BTW has quite a few of them too. G/night

Like yeah taste is subjective, I didn't say that songs like Fashion! are bad, but you can't deny the fillerness of it all. It's just objectively true.

Hopefully she manages to complete a whole era. She has stated that she gets bored really quickly performing the same material.  That's why she drops so much music all the time
