@corvus albus The point was to prove Rihanna and Drake have plenty of hits that didn't have much longevity on the Hot 100. So literally the opposite of what you just posted  Also, features count for 80%, so in reality this is not correct :

You didn't even post actual hits just some mediocre singles for them, ignoring the other hits they had and certainly ignoring Katys flops. They all have a bunch more hit singles while Katy's dry up pretty soon afterwards. Just admit that you made a mistake

Gaga can do whatever she wants, not just release music. We had new music not even one year ago. She doesn't have to only release music.
