Morphine Prince 109,645
Former Vice President Joe Biden holds an 11-point lead over the rest of the Democratic presidential primary field as he continues to outpace his opponents, according to a new survey released Thursday. Roughly 27 percent of those surveyed who say they will vote in their states Democratic presidential primary or caucus said Biden is their first choice, according to the Economist–YouGov poll. Another 16 percent said Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) is their first choice and 11 percent preferred Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.). No other candidate breaks double digits in the survey. FATCAT 60,886
Unless the debates change something drastically, I'm looking at 3 different candidates. None of them are Biden atm. But come the General, it's whomever is on the Dem ticket. This kitten over here (meow)
Ziggy 14,009
He’s honestly such a terrible dem candidate. Polls don’t matter honestly (in this particular instance) because Hillary also led polls. It’s about getting stellar voter turnout and Biden simply doesn’t do that. The polls are asking who you’d vote for not if you’d get out and vote in the first place. It’s a far cry difference to say someone would vote for someone if they *did* vote vs someone who has every intention of voting voting for Biden. No one is jumping out of their seat for Biden meanwhile those supporting other, fresher candidates (I don’t mean younger necessarily) are much more invigorated. Personally, my 4 so far would be Warren, Buttigieg, Sanders, Harris in no particular order. I’d vote for Biden, but I’d also vote for a ball of hair over our current President so that doesn’t say much.
Born To Slay 10,996
Let’s see how he the gaffe machine does in the debates after the other Dems hammer him all day for being the early front runner. Cause seriously, he’s a joke.
LateToCult 41,827
Wait, did Elizabeth gain steam? Really haven’t been looking at polls lately because it’s very early imo but last time I checked she was falling behind, no?

Biden's definitely not my first, or my second, or even my third, but if he does end up on the ticket, hell, at this point, it doesn't really matter who's on the ticket for me, I'm voting Dem. ItsTommyBitch 12,640
Please PLEASE Dems you have one job, don't run the less inspiring more problematic version of Hillary that is SURE to alienate young people and progressives again It has to be Bernie or Warren at this point for the primaries. Studies showed that the number of progressive left thinkers and independents from millenials, gen z, etc. that voted for Obama in 2012 enthusiastically but decided not to vote at all in 2016 was well above the margin of Trump's victory; in other words, they didn't feel inspired or optimistic or positive about the candidate (Hillary) even though they knew it was a Democrat, because she was a moderate The DNC has to realize this is a highly important factor. - Enthusiasm, charisma, etc. To me, Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren (especially the latter as of late) inspire this kind of fervor. People actively want them to succeed, where as people are kind of passively supporting Biden because they think he's the most likely to beat Trump (I think he would lose in a general election with similar numbers as Hillary personally). Biden doesn't even support Medicare for All, and he thinks we should take a slow, restrained approach to the Green New Deal Pete Buttigieg would also be okay and quite an inspiring candidate, but he's decisively less progressive in his actual policy than Sanders and Warren, which is unfortunate. 私自身もこの世の中も誰もかれもが, どんなに華やかな人生でも, どんなに悲惨な人生でも, いつかは変貌し, 破壊され、消滅してしまう. すべてがもともとこの世に存在しない一瞬の幻想なのだから
