Why is Bad Guy by Billie Eilish not climbing radio faster?

The song is otherwise a monster, being top 2 on the hot 100 and it’s massive on streaming holding the top spot on American Spotify and being number 2 overall on streaming. It’s selling pretty well too if anyone still cares about that. 

Yet barely manages to get more then 1M ai updates on US radio and it’s taking forever to get to the top 20 there, what’s taking it so long?

Dafuq is bad guy? IDK who sings that song, no wonder it doesn't get on top. It is not familiar enough for other people who are not into whoever that artist is. Y'all really need to add artist name before a song title each time when not discussing Gaga.

weirdly i have yet to hear it on the radio which is sad

i hear When the Party’s Over every day or two which is super strange because it’s like a super downtempo ballad. and then i think about how radio barely played Shallow on the radio because it’s ballady and then i get really annoyed (i literally heard Shallow on the radio one time and it was about a month ago, what the hell radio?!?)
