I dont believe in hate speech laws or policy but if thats their policy then they should enforce it as what crowder did is hate speech.

Google is probably the biggest advocate for equal rights for LGBT people among  the big companies. Be it inside the company (covering transgender operations, unfair taxes, raise awareness to LGBT issues, "gayglers", etc) or outside (funding prides and associations, political support, etc)
