You CAN trademark a color. TIFFANY BLUE and LOUBOUTIN RED. Pantone has a whole lists of colors. People have rights. Inalienable rights. But to what extent do those rights extend to property? That is what will be debated in a court of law. It is just a cake and not art. Anyone can frost a border like the on the cake and cover the edge in sprinkles. It’s basic walmart cake 101. It’s basically an excuse to just be a slut but not get criticized by it because how dare you? She’s doing it in the name of a good cause.
