Before you rebut the claim that Trump would be indicted if he weren't President, ask yourself two questions:

1. Who is best-suited to answer this legal question? Lawyers

2. What do the lawyers think? More than 1,000 of them signed a letter stating what @Morphine Prince claimed exactly... That if the President weren't protected by DOJ regulations, he would be under indictment for federal felony Obstruction of Justice (a serious crime).

Obstructing Justice (a federal, criminal felony)... Read Mueller's report, sis, he lays out more than 10 instances of possible Obstruction of Justice. More than one of these instances is supported by sufficient evidence to support a criminal indictment, according to 1,000 former prosecutors,  legal scholars, etc... You know, the people most qualified to make such an allegation.

So its only a possibility and what other lawyers opinion is. No facts or proof yet. And just because I come with a different conclusion than you, does not mean I cant read.

Obstructing justice! It's a crime.  :ohwell:

"18 U.S.C. § 1503 defines 'obstruction of justice' as an act that 'corruptly or by threats or force, or by any threatening letter or communication, influences, obstructs, or impedes, or endeavors to influence, obstruct, or impede, the due administration of justice.'"

Jesus..... Mueller clearly laid out obstruction but he can’t indict the president.

Mueller is CLEARLY telling Congress to do their jobs.

CONGRESS is to decide on obstruction. We have known this for 2 months. But this time it came literally directly from Mueller’s mouth.

Did you read @TheQueenLG's post? Mueller laid out over ten instances of obstruction of justice. There is evidence.

Mueller laid out over ten instances of POSSIBLE obstruction of justice. Why did you remove the possible part?

Also, the report concluded there is no enough evidence.

Congress should do their job and he did not say there is obstruction

People need to understand that YES, collusion was determined to not have taken place directly. That is of no question according to the report.

But OBSTRUCTION is an open question.

Obstructing an investigation is a CRIME.

Furthermore, why try to obstruct an investigation when you claim to be 100% innocent? It doesn’t make sense.

This is why the pending investigations in other states are important. Clearly someone is hiding something.

No, but on questions of intricacies of our written laws, no one is more qualified to answer than lawyers. That's but a fact, sis. The facts and proof behind the allegations against the President (at least for Obstruction) have been released in a more than 400-page report written by a special counsel named Robert Mueller. Please read the report... It is very enlightening and it makes it abundantly clear, for anyone reading with honest eyes, that the POTUS committed crimes. The fact that this notion is supported by more than 1,000 former prosecutors, people who are usually very measured & calculated,  is a testament to the severity and obviousness of the Obstruction of Justice crimes committed by the President. Just read the report, sis. I'm not going to argue with someone who tells me the facts or proof have not been released. They have -- you just haven't read them.

You either aren’t reading or trolling.

Mueller has left the topic of obstruction as an open question that Congress should decide.

He clearly laid out instances of obstruction in the report Congress could go on.
