But basically, where personal beliefs come into play, unless you go and interview every person in the world, you can't really say "That's what everyone believes." Not to mention people change. Sure not everyone but from my experience, most of them believe it is a sin even if they are still tolerant and accepting towards homosexuals. It depends are you asking me as an individual what I believe islam is or the mainstream islamic view on homosexuality? I dont believe homosexuality is mentioned in islam and it is not a sin.
