Sonically, Charli XCX is a hundred times more creative. But Taylor is a much better writer.

Taylor is a better storyteller and Charli is way more creative

Charli is better at party anthems and has a more witty style of writing, but Taylor is much better at showing emotion and being vulnerable.

I know a lot of people are praising Charli for her sound, but you can thank her producers (and her good taste in them) for that aspect of her music. Charli doesn’t produce and she can’t play any instruments, sadly. Taylor, on the other hand, actually does.
