The problem are not the flags, it’s more the political motivation behind it which is not allowed in ESC. ESC is supposed to be a political-free place. 

 

As someone who is pro-Israel I don’t see the problem with it at all since it promote coexistence.

The political message of the interlude and the flags in the back of the dancers was very well done and thought out.

I loved that she kept her strong political position centre stage in relation to peace between Israel and Palestine and coexistence - that's one of the reasons why I love her so much. Always defiant, always ready to use her platform for a better world!
