Anyway surely Britney’s success motivated Gaga, but I believe more of this generation’s artists recently signing in on Vegas were motivated more by Gaga than Britney that’s all. Britney is one of Vegas's biggest acts, and she was kinda like the youngest among acts like Celine Dion, Cher, Elton John, Mariah Carey, Gwen Stefani. I think she deserves the credit for ushering in more contemporary Vegas acts. However, Gaga did raise the level so freaking high with Enigma. Some critics said with Enigma, she instantly became the most profitable and expensive star to see in Las Vegas strip and the quality of her show (I personally attended it and I definitely agree) raised the bar a few notches higher than that set by other previous acts, and might even have inspired other acts to take on the same decision. I know this sounds strange to say because it's quite contradictory to GGD consensus, but I think Enigma is her best show to date. It struck such a great balance between theatricality, visuals, musicianship and vocals and emotional weight. It had fast and slow-paced moments, and it was the first time I saw any musician act in a concert before, and I've seen a handful.

She finally got her stability and time with her children, she seemed really happy. The only thing I’d fault is “revamping” the show before Glory was released (and then not adding many Glory tracks after), instead of doing a new residency. The show just didn’t change enough after the “revamp” That's actually a great idea. The revamp was necessary and kept the show fresh, so that's great, but it would have given Glory so much more weight if it placed Glory as the central focus of the show. There’s four years difference in their age. She (again) proved that Vegas could attract a younger demographic and that fully capable artists (not just older ones) have a place in Vegas. Starting Vegas at 31 years old is “young” And those residency announcements came after a lot of artist negotiation, these residencies have been on the table for a while now. Since Britney and JLo’s shows ended, residencies ended there was a huge demographic hole to fill. Hence all of the new show announcements

The desire was there too, she added three Glory tracks to the 2018 set list. And Coupure Électrique was going to be featured on Domination
MrDarkGa 311
I doubt she is going to tour it as it would undo part of what Enigma stands for - giving Gaga a chance to perform like a GOD without the strenuous travel, instability and risks to health. I agree with other commenters that these extra performances outside of Vegas are bonus income. That said, maybe she will tour it, but to me it is HIGHLY unlikely. Mirages 20,259
Both times were private events, so I wouldnt count on it becoming a worldwide tour. I'm the bitch that's fragile
