Hey! Can you re-post "Retro, Dance, Freak"? I saw that you posted it for another user, but when I clicked on the link it gave me the "Permission Denied, copyright" message. Thanks. :)

The 2.0 version. And the Fame 1.0 Studio I have is along the lines of what you want! I don't mind that the EMMA key tar parts aren't in the part before 2nd verse his Fame 2.0 studio. And his first version of JD 2,0 did not have the male backing vocals around the bridge part. He added them, but THEN the organ intro had a bit of static in the background :noparty: + he added Colby's vocals to the chorus before the bridge, when they should have been in the last chorus -.e

See I've heard at least 3 or 4 Fame 2.0 Studios and for some reason no one ever uses the actual acapella for "i'm a free b---h" to recreate the EMMA key tar parts. Most of them just use MB bootlegs in the breakdown after the chorus, maybe the HBO special audio with the "i'm a free b---h" acapella (probably the one from DITD) would make The Fame better, along with the original ghosts n stuff throughout the song; that's the idea of my perfect MB 2.0 Fame Studio version. And I've got versions of the fame that use ghosts n stuff, but usually the ones like that for 2.0 are missing the post chorus awesomeness, its like every time I find a new one I hope its got everything I'm looking for but they're always missing one of the essentials. I even put together my own versions from pieces of other studios, and it came out pretty good, but I still haven't found the perfect Fame 2.0 Studio. I'm always looking for one that's got everything I want, so let me know if you ever come across it and if you remember lol.

Hmmm idk something about male backing vocals in the JD studio version just seems a little off. I'd have to listen to the HBO version and then a few studios to fully comprehend what exactly you're talking about. But I know what you mean about the organ, its not much but there is a slight hint of some static. I think I might even have his original JD 2.0 studio ripped from youtube, I know I have Bad Romance and Paparazzi from a few years back from his youtube, including instrumental and backing vocal versions. IDK if they were the first ones but I've got them, unfortunately only YT rip quality, having a whole set of MB 2.0 studio instrumentals and instrumentals w/backing vocals would be SO AMAZING! Although I have no idea who would ever want to take THAT job on. But Dazedmadonna has made some pretty interesting stuff, I was looking through my collection and he made like a Fame MB Instrumental with Ghosts N Stuff and even the breaks for the guitar solo & EMMA, it was SO freaking good, it just reminds me of why I fell in love with his work to begin with. I mean yeah there's the MB/FB collections but he's always throwing in some really cool little treasures on his youtube; for example, he gave us instrumentals to Eh Eh and Vanity WAY before the official ones finally leaked, he's even made instrumentals of REMIXES! Like the Chew Fu GhettoHouse Fix, and I know some of it is filtered or made from fan-made stems but regardless, that's really amazing!

By the way, this is just random curiousity, but do you know who was the first one to come out with a set of monster ball studio versions?

Did I ever tell you were my Audio Soul Mate

I would have to go back into the GGD 1.0 archives to tell you for sure, but it was most likely DazedMadonna.

Why yes my dear, I do believe you have told me that before. You might've told me once, but I'm not sure :P Yesterday I went on a bit of a DL spree on Soundcloud; it started with various Gaga songs but then I checked out bringmethemashup's soundcloud and fell in love with almost all the mashups but since DLs weren't enabled I couldn't download them from there. Then I realized after all this time that he has a website with TONS of mashups and a big ass page of DL links for them! So I downloaded like 50 of them, but unfortunately some of the DL links were broken so I had to improvise and rip them from soundcloud or youtube, but they only had maybe 45 mashups total, and he's got WAY more than that on his website. It was truly amazing lol.

Yeah that would be my guess, I remember FMPH had a section for MB studios; that was the first time I had ever even heard of MB studios, and I think I still have them in my iTunes and if I remember correctly they sound the same as Dazedmadonna's studios from a while back. But it could just as well be a compilation by a bunch of different people. Oh and out of curiosity, are admins the only one able to go back in GGD 1.0? I remember I used to be able to go back, in fact I accidentally went there instead of here a few times after the change haha. But yeah, can anyone check it out? Just wondering.
