Can people already stop posting about James Charles? It's so incredibly annoying to see every second thread being about him. People want to cancel him yet they keep giving attention. It makes no sense whatsoever.

Peoples concern is that he's not just hitting up random straight guys, it's straight guys that are in a relationship with a girl that he knows & is close to. 

There's a difference between liking masculine guys and being predatory (or at the very least, a very shitty person/friend)

That‘s not at all the same, though. Gay guys hitting on straight/probably bi-curious men is fine, I guess. If I‘m out and get hit on, I‘d probably take it as a compliment. But there were other instances I experienced where gay men were rather aggressive. It wasn‘t hitting or flirting, but rather „get into bed with me or else“. And honestly, this is exactly what I imagine James charles doing. This is awful, disgusting, embarrassing, hurtful, weird, stupid. Idk I can‘t think of any more words

That’s a lot of hate against someone just from your imagination. 

Obviously the assault accusation needs to be investigated and he does appear to be assertive in hitting on guys. But there’s nothing inherently wrong in hitting on straight men. 

I wouldn’t compare him to Mario Testino or Beyan Singer (not yet at least). He isn’t using his power or authority to get people to sleep with him. He’s a young entitled kid who needs to learn a lesson on boundaries.

Okay I'm sorry but NO, using your money and celebrity to fly someone out and demand sex from them is the same logic rapey producers and many men in general use in the industry on a regular basis. I genuinely do not understand how you guys can excuse this kind of behavior. He's not just attracted to straight guys, or hitting on them, he is actively trying to go after and push his sexuality on them despite being WELL AWARE they are straight. There's also the story of him catfishing his schools soccer team, as well as another allegation from someone at that school who claimed to have been touched without his consent in a bathroom by James. Sorry but I do not think having this fetishized view of straight men is okay, and honestly sets the community back. I am 19 years old (the same age as James) have many straight guy friends in my major who I jam out with (I study music) who respect me and my sexuality, and they appreciate compliments from me if I think they look good, but if I tried to manipulate them into having a sexual relationship, I would literally lose them as friends because  it's creepy and predatory behavior for ANYONE. After going on here and seeing certain things on Twitter though, some of you need to check yourself before you wreck yourself just like him.  There's very little room for discussion on this subject, either you support predatory behavior or you don't.
